It’s Plain and Simple!
To achieve optimal health base your diet on garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats, nuts and seeds, little starch, and no sugar. That’s about as simple as we can get. ALMOST ALL YOUR FOOD SHOULD BE PERISHABLE. If it has a long shelf life, it’s suspect. If you can’t recognize the ingredients, why would you ingest it in your body?
My theory is that many people have gluten intolerances and are unaware and go years with feeling constant discomfort and various small ailments. I strongly encourage 30-day paleo challenges so as to slowly eliminate foods and see which ones gives you problems when re-introduced. You’d be surprised the things you discover!
